Plans Submitted for Riverside Approach Regeneration Project in Barnet

The Riverside Approach project is being delivered in partnership with Barnet Council and exemplifies Bouygues UK’s commitment to creating vibrant, inclusive communities and environmentally conscious urban spaces. 

Bouygues UK’s development arm in collaboration with appointed architect, DLA Architecture, has submitted plans for the much-anticipated Riverside Approach regeneration project in Barnet. This development aims to deliver a sustainable, community-focused environment that enhances the quality of life for local residents. 

Once completed, the project will provide 359 high-quality homes, a state of the art public library, public green spaces, recreational facilities and retail outlets, setting a new standard for urban living in the area. 

Key Features of the Riverside Approach Regeneration Project:
