Research | Make sure you do your research into the company and the different schemes and roles on offer. It’s important that you understand the roles you are applying for and what is on offer to you.
Check your application | Ensure you have clearly read the eligibility criteria for the roles you are applying for, make sure you have submitted everything you have been asked for and check your application is up to date with the correct contact details. Ask a trusted friend or relative to read through your application and check for errors.
Prepare | Make sure you prepare sufficiently for each stage of the recruitment process, read the guidance provided, and ensure you submit information on time. Think about questions that you would like to ask.
Presentation | Always conduct yourself in a professional manner. Dress appropriately for assessment centres and interviews. Always check your travel route before and keep in contact if you are running late.
