Who we are
First and foremost, we are construction experts - people from a wide variety of backgrounds, united by a shared passion for construction and a focus on intelligent delivery.
Bouygues UK has grown both organically and through the integration of some of the UK’s most respected regional construction companies. We entered the UK construction market in 1997 with a strategy for steady organic growth; this was followed by a number of strategic acquisitions that further enhance our offering to our clients.
Together, we are smart, engaged and intelligent – and because the majority of our people are directly employed, we bring a shared understanding to each project, underpinned by accountability and a focus on meeting, then exceeding the brief.
Innovation and initiative are as important to us as the relentless focus on detail and the project management processes, which have earned us our reputation for delivering work to the very highest standards.
Our teams work closely in partnership with suppliers, clients and their chosen partners to deliver work to time and budget – efficiently, safely and sustainably, to deliver the infrastructure assets that help communities live, work and grow stronger.
We are backed by one of the world’s leading industrial companies, with a structure and methodology which is agile and adaptive to our local market.
Our people invest the time to really understand each project from the start, with management processes that are transparent, detailed and meticulous. The long-term relationships we nurture with our contractors and staff help us to share and build on our knowledge and expertise.
