Linkcity introduced as new brand for team formerly known as Bouygues Development
Linkcity has been revealed as the new brand for Bouygues Development, the property arm of the global Bouygues group.
The team formerly known as Bouygues Development has been rebranded Linkcity to reflect the business’s partnership approach and its focus on creating vibrant, connected places that are designed around the people who live, work or spend time in them.
Linkcity is behind around 20 developments across the UK with a total GDV in the region of £1.3billion.
Flagship projects include Hallsville Quarter, the five-phase, six-hectare regeneration of London’s Canning Town, the Addlestone One town centre project in Surrey, and the Abbey Road Ice House Quarter in London’s Barking. The Company will also continue to operate in the student accommodation sector through Uliving, its joint venture with Derwent Living.
Linkcity aims to focus on people, places and planet, creating sustainable developments that contribute to healthier and happier lives, more resilient communities and a better world for future generations.
In addition to the rebrand of the UK business, Linkcity is set to become the international property development brand of the Bouygues group across the world, highlighting the company’s combination of global strength and local expertise.
