Through these residences, we have been able to enhance our approach to modular and prefabricated construction, including using our bespoke modular factory to deliver a 100% modular student accommodation scheme in Canterbury.

These schemes have also allowed us to explore the benefits of standardisation, particularly through using bathroom pods and prefabricated items. Using our experience of embedding such modern building solutions throughout student accommodation, we have been able to venture more easily into embedding such solutions throughout our other residential schemes, delivering time, quality, and cost benefits to our wider client network.
