Our Winchelsea development saw us create an exciting landmark building for the London Borough of Brent, as part of the Stonebridge redevelopment area, which fulfilled a critical need for affordable housing in the local area.
The new build development incorporated 31 new homes in three four-storey blocks, offering a range of standard and duplex homes. All homes are light-filled and airy and one of the ground floor flats is a fully accessible home for a wheelchair user. Finished to a high standard, they include balconies and provide good energy performance. The development also includes 22 surface car parking spaces, new access routes and sensitive landscaping.
Featuring an iconic architectural style, the Winchelsea urban development harmonises with its surrounding area, and has achieved its goal of stimulating further regeneration in the local area.
