We source and review land opportunities which meet our target requirements, from private off-market acquisitions to partnership opportunities and structured procurement processes with the public sector.

We move quickly, by relying on our in-house expertise to evaluate development opportunities rapidly. We are flexible as to deal structure and offer certainty to our partners through our proven track record and covenant strength.

Our team of development professionals seeks to unlock value at each stage in the development cycle and ensure that our regeneration strategy is sustainable and fundable. By working alongside our construction teams from the outset we deliver cost certainty and buildability from the very beginning of a project.

We deploy an experienced development manager to each project from inception to completion which strengthens ownership of the development brief and ensures continuity of knowledge.

We work in partnership with local communities and planning authorities to secure approval for projects which are inclusive, deliverable and financially viable.

Bouygues UK has an enviable track record of securing market-leading and often high-profile planning consents ranging from smaller scale single buildings through to complex multi-phase master plans across all sectors.

With our in-house project finance team, Bouygues UK has the flexibility and expertise to structure the right funding solution for each project. We have funded the delivery of some 31 developments with a total construction value of £5 billion.

Funding avenues include balance sheet solutions, forward funding through our established investor network, project finance solutions, income strip, bond raisings, factoring and more.

 

As a leading UK Tier 1 contractor, we have delivered some 26 schemes under our development brand.

We offer a full end-to-end service, from the initial feasibility study through to on site project management and post completion services via our inhouse Operations Team.
